- The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners, a kettle, and necessary utensils.
- Air-Conditioned, free Wi-Fi.
- The bathroom has a shower (only tiles).
- Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
- Each terrace has its own seating set, separated by a lower partition wall.
