Agapaki Studios building, is located in Neos Marmaras Sithonias of Halkidiki. Ιt is a newly built  building with renovated modern rooms from 2022. It has 5 floors with a terrace and it is one of the few buildings in Neos Marmaras that has an elevator. The studios are only 20-30 meters from the nearest beach. Τhis small cove is an unorganized beach without a beach bar, but you can enjoy a refreshing swim near the studio.

Our accommodations Agapaki studios have 13 double rooms, some with the possibility of a triple for a child up to 12 years old, a two-room apartment and a disabled room. Also comfortable reception area and garden.
Agapaki Apartment 11 Sea View… has two bedrooms, is comfortable and spacious room with a balcony which offer Sea View, 1st bedroom has Double bed, an airconditining, Smart Tv, Fully Equipped kitchen in the same area and access to the balcony. 2nd bedroom has a Smart Tv, a double bed, a double sofa bed with 100% cotton sheets (160×200 cm). With capacity of 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults + 1 kid. 

Description: This room is corner, it communicates with a balcony with a sea view, while a window overlooks the garden.

Agapaki Studios has a reception where upon your arrival you will receive a bag with:

• Magnetic card for your room.
• Remote control for the Smart TV and for the aircondition.
• Key from the entrance.
• Wi-Fi password.

**The rooms are cleaned every 3 days with replacement of new towels and sheets.

The nearest supermarket is 20m away.
The seaside taverns and shops are 300m away. While the organized beach bars are at 1 kilometer. Paradise beach is almost 900 meters away.
