Spacious Artemis Maisonette, in Kalamitsi Sithonias, in Halkidiki just 100m from the beach. Which is in a quiet location away from the tourist noises but at the same time so close to the area’s enchanting beach, supermarkets, organized beach bars and small tavernas and serving delicious seafood dishes. Artemis Maisonette it’s only two minutes on foot from the magical beach of Kalamitsi and two minutes from the center.
The house is two floor maisonette and have private entrance and provides 3 bedrooms.
1st floor: one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, living room with a single sofa and air conditioning, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Lower floor: one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with semi-double bed a single bed and baby crib.
Outside: the house has a private courtyard, with a balcony where it offers coolness, and outdoor shower.
Very good and helpful reception and communication with the hostess.. The house had everything one needs on vacation, it is a short distance from the beautiful beach of the village, the cleanliness is also very good, we stayed 7 people and we are all satisfied
Quiet and a nice place with easy and fast access to the beach and all the restaurants/bars in Kalamitsi. Just a nice regular house with all the equipment needed for a relaxed vacation.

The location of the house is nice and quiet, but still near the beach and the restaurants. The host was very friendly and the communication was very good and fast. The small garden is very nice with many trees that also privide shade. The house was well equipped.
